Placing An Order

Is my order secure?

Absolutely! When you place an order, your information is encrypted and sent to the automated order processing system via a secure connection so that your data cannot be read by any third party. The secure online order processing system is provided by our contractual partner Plimus Corporation, a global leader in e-commerce outsourcing.

Plimus Corporation is under contract with MathWave Technologies to process online orders and collect payments for our products. Plimus has established technologies, security regulations and procedures to protect your personal information that is under their control. Plimus protects this information from unauthorized access, usage, modification, and illegal or accidental loss.

When placing an order using a credit card, the charge will appear on your credit card statement as: PLIMUS.COM ONLINE STORE. If you feel uncomfortable entering your credit card details online, you can order by phone, fax, or other payment methods.

What will happen after I place my order online?

If you pay by credit card, your order will be processed immediately. You will receive a confirmation for your transaction after you place your order online. You will also receive a confirmation by e-mail that will contain all of your order data, including your user name, registration number, and a receipt for your order.

When will I receive my product?

The product is delivered depending on the payment method you select. If you pay by credit card, or are using a purchase order, you will receive the product immediately with your order confirmation.

If you select another payment type, your product will be delivered as soon as we receive your payment. You will receive an e-mail notification when we receive your payment.

How will you deliver my product?

After your order is processed, you will receive your user name and registration number via e-mail. This information will allow you to convert the free trial version of the software into a fully functional product. The trial versions are available for download from the downloads page.

I have received a registration number. What should I do?

Please run the trial version of the software you purchased (click here if you have not downloaded it yet). When the program starts, click on "Register" or "Enter Reg. Number", and enter your user name and registration number. This will convert the trial version into a fully functional product.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer the following payment methods:

The best way to order is directly online using a credit card - the online order process is completely automated and secure, and the product will be delivered immediately.

To order by any of the methods listed above, select an appropriate product license, click the "Order" button, and follow the instructions provided (the payment method can be selected at the bottom of the order page).

A manual processing fee of $8.00 applies when ordering by Wire Transfer, Phone, Fax, Purchase Order, and Mail/Check/Money Order.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Solo, and Switch cards.

How can I pay by wire transfer?

To pay by wire transfer, please follow the steps below:

  • select an appropriate product license
  • click the "Order" button to visit the order page
  • fill in the order form
  • at the bottom of the order page, select Method of payment: Wire Transfer
  • click the "Next" button
  • you will be provided with the bank information and additional details necessary to complete your order

Note that a manual processing fee of $8.00 applies when ordering by wire transfer.

How can I order by phone?

If you feel uncomfortable entering your credit card details online, you can place an order by phone by following these steps:

  • select an appropriate product license
  • click the "Order" button to visit the order page
  • fill in the order form
  • at the bottom of the order page, select Method of payment: Phone
  • click the "Next" button
  • you will be provided with the phone number and additional information necessary to complete your order

Note that a manual processing fee of $8.00 applies when ordering by phone.

How can I order by fax?

To order by fax, please follow the steps below:

  • select an appropriate product license
  • click the "Order" button to visit the order page
  • fill in the order form
  • at the bottom of the order page, select Method of payment: Fax
  • click the "Next" button
  • you will be provided with the fax number and additional information necessary to complete your order (you will need to print the order form from your browser, and fax it to the order processing office)

How can I place a purchase order?

We only accept purchase orders for more than $100 from corporate/government customers. To place a purchase order, follow the steps below:

  • select an appropriate product license
  • click the "Order" button to visit the order page
  • fill in the order form
  • at the bottom of the order page, select Method of payment: Purchase Order
  • click the "Next" button
  • you will be provided with the quote (proforma invoice) and additional information necessary to complete your order (you will need to fax your purchase order along with the quote to the order processing office)

How will I receive my invoice?

After your order is processed, you will receive a receipt for your order via e-mail. The receipt will contain a link to your invoice which can be viewed, printed directly from your browser, or saved to disk.

Upgrade Policy

Our products come with one year of free software updates. After one year expires, you will be entitled to a discounted upgrade. Note that you are generally not required to upgrade, and may continue using the product you purchased for as long as you wish without paying any additional fees.
